Technology Support

The RHAM Technology Support department is open at the RHAM to support Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM at the main high school office doors. Below is the process for student support.

Student Process

If a student does not have a Chromebook they should email helpdesk@rhamschools.org, so that we can arrange to have them pick up their Chromebook. 

Directions to have Chromebooks repairs complete are a follows:

  • Complete the online student repair form on the website or attach a piece of paper with the student's name, grade, and issue to the device.(With a rubber band or tape)

  • Pull up to the front of High School near the flagpoles, or if raining bins will be located between the main school doors at the high school main entrance, Monday or Friday anytime between 9am -1pm

  • Place your Chromebook and charger in need of repair into the return bin

  • Take a sanitized replacement Chromebook and charger from the take out bin

Staff Process

Email helpdesk@rhamschools.org to create a support request and a support team member will contact you to assist you with your request. If on-site assistance is needed we will set up a time for you to visit the support area.
